◆ 手续特简：根据国家进出境快件监管办法等法规规定，为适应快件作为“快速商业运作方式承揽、承运的进出境货物、物品”的报关，相对于贸易报关，在监管条件以及通关(报关清关)手续上，作了一系列旨在简化手续的特殊安排，适应于单证不全的货物;
◆ 速度特快：一方面，由于上述的监管条件少、手续简单等原因，简化了手续，自然也就减少了前期准备单证、申请许可证(批文)的时间；另一方面，通关过程中的清关以及查验速度都体现出快件的“快”。另外海关监管中心周六正常上班，保证快件正常快速运转。

1、以承运人身份签发提单及运单；
2、以承运人身份组织货物全程运输，制定运输计划并组织实施；
3、按托运人指令接受货物，订立运输合同并在货物交接过程中，代理订舱、报关、检验、理货、存仓及出库等业务；
4、货到目的港后按委托人指令向收货人交付货物，并代理目的港的清关，分拔及配送业务；
5、DDU/DDP贸易条款下的运输方案设计与实施。
